Blackstone pizza pies

Did some pizza and garlic knots on the Blackstone yesterday. The dough is from trader Joe's. It is so easy, I can't hardly bring myself to make my own. I decided to go with 3 smaller pizzas instead of 3 larger ones. They cooked way better.

I found it a southerlands. It had been there for a long time. I stopped by to get something else and saw it. My mom ended up buying it for me as a gift.
