My wife took me to bass pro shop and bought me a lodge 9 quart Dutch oven and the lem #22 meat grinder for Christmas.i will have to go buy me a sausage stuffer before Christmas.ive been wanting to try my hand at sausage making for 2 years now but would not go buy the equipment.now I need to start researching sausage recipes.

Very nice. Pick up Ruhlman's book Charcuterie as a great primer for sausage making, as well as other curing tips and techniques.
