over the past year me and a friend started messing around in a couple local bbq back yard competitions, always doing ok, after every comp I would come here and try to ask questions to better our cause. Never was there a negative response only helpful responses, and I would like to say after our 4th back yard comp we won 1st in ribs 5th in chicken and grand champion of pork in the park back yard division. This may not be a big deal to most, we use a weber grill for chicken and a chargriller for the ribs. Any way I wanted to thank the brethren for all your help, we will be cooking in the pro division next year at pork in the park
