Yeah! I know! I called all the dealers trying to work something out besides the Eggfest special, so I'm purging and unloading a lot of my treaures(crap) on craigslist. I may just get one for the deck and keep the cracked one for comps.
Farking Rutland cement bubbles up and flakes off from the heat of a lamp trying to slow cure it! After seeing some of the Naked Whiz pics of cracked Eggs and housefires its not going anywhere near the deck!!

I just received a new base for my egg after sending a picture of the crack to BGE warranty department. I purchased the Egg in 1997. (20 Years) Their lifetime warranty is real!
