I usually just heat in the oven as per directions then coat with the glaze thats included. Anyone ever smoke a spiral ham? I have a kamado cooker so I was thinking about using that this time. I don't want to ruin it though. Any suggestions?
 
I put it sideways in a half pan, brush on a glaze and smoke away. Takes a couple hours depending on your temps. Remove and eat at 140. Will be juicy as heck and delish.:thumb:
