Just panned up 30#'s pulled pork for a pick up in a few minutes. Tomorrow at noon I have another pick up for 20#'s then loading the trailer with drums and grills to cook for 100-150 for another graduation party and I have to drop off 10#'s of PP on the way. More of the same for the next couple of weeks. If they had graduations every month I could start a business and advertise. :biggrin:

The party tomorrow evening is getting 50#'s PP, 6 racks of St. Louis spares, 15#'s of whole wings, Hog apple beans, and Italian coleslaw. This will be the 4th time I've cooked for this family.

Sounds like a winner to me neil, That would be a nice business to have if it was steady..:thumb:
