I always wanted to try fried rice on my griddle. While I was at it may as well do some stir fry. I had some flap meat left over in the freezer and decided on beef stir fry.

Here are the veggies. Beer is mandatory during prep. :becky:
Everything chopped and prepped. Apparently even size is the key.
Grilled some green onions and dumped on the cooked rice to warm up
Put in the ingredients and cracked a few eggs and incorporated into the rice. Done and put the rice in the crock pot to keep warm.
Moved on to the beef which was seasoned 15 mins prior
Next came the veggies. Just enough for them to cook but maintain the crispiness.
Mixed everything together, added the ingredients, cooked for a few more minutes for everything to come together.
Ready to eat. I was quite pleased with it. Came out real good.
