I'm thinking about a 2-3-4 day marination time for the ribs. The flavor around the outside is awesome, but the kalbi didn't get into the middle very much.
Some kimchi helps cut through the richness and adds some brightness.

Grabbed the Vac-Sealed Pastrami, the long slicer knife, and went to town. Toasted some rye. Broke out some swiss; spread some whole grain mustard; applied sauerkraut and homemade Russian Dressing.
BossLady cooked up some sweet potato fries with garlic and cayenne, and mixed up some really nice broccoli salad... MSU.
