Beef ribs is what’s for supper

Just a few beef ribs I did for supper. Broke out the UDS for the first time in awhile. Rubbed with some Oakridge. So good! Little greenery on the side and some mashed potatoes and a cold one to wash it down :-D

Thank you , they were. I wet aged them for 4 weeks and they were fall off the bone tender after smoking !
