Hi Guys,

First off, a sincere thanks to all of our Brethren Veterans for their service!!!!!!!:clap2:

So tonight the wife wanted beef ribs, I stopped by RD yesterday to pick up a 20 lb pack, still slim pickins... Anyway, on to the BGE rubbed with S+P and Texas Post Oak, oh, BTW the daughter likes a tomahawk cut, here is a shot after 1 hour:

Brought out the "Champaign of Beers" Must. Keep. Hydrated.

After a few hours I threw on a tater and some apple bombs:

Those are some fine looking ribs. Even more so what a good Dad for making his daughter happy! :bow:
