I need some help. I'm thinking on trying some beef back ribs in the Bandera this weekend. Any suggestions for rubs, wood and cooking time times? also gonna toss in some chicken boobs and one inch pork steaks(an stl favorite).

I've tried them and didn't like them. Too much hassle for too little meat. I used a generic beef rib rub that I've liked with beef short ribs. They were done in 2-3 hours cooking at about 225 if I remember correctly.
