Wow! Recipe please!


Recipe... what's that?

Just kidding. No special recipe here. Used just yellow mustard and my normal rib rub that I use for pork ribs. I also added some Turbinado sugar. Smoked them in my WSM at 275 degrees with two chunks of hickory and one chunk of peach wood. Sprayed with apple juice during checks. Mopped with thinned out Sweet Baby Ray's last 20 minutes.
