Beautiful day for smoking' a butt in Middle Tennessee

Started at 6am this morning

my assistant for the day


Kept the smoker at 275 all day long..


4 hours in with a 9lb butt


served up delicious sandwiches for my wife birthday!

A local outfit constructed it for us. It's a pole barn that we designed...it has become our hangout!
