Wife likes hummus and crackers, dip, toast etc. When she gets the urge we've usually just purchased that pre made that usually has a strip of bell on top. It's also easy to make. Garbanzo, tahini, lemon and spices. The cheapest bottle of tahini was over $10 at the bodega.
Enter real bean dip. Pinto or Black or back reckon just about any bean will work
Oil, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Chili Pepper, Onion Powder, Spices, Garlic Powder would work nicely as a basic bean dip. No $10+ jar of tahini that only has a couple tablespoons removed wasting the year away. We both like the Bean Dip you buy in the chip aisle. Rosarita makes a spicy refried bean in a can. Wife calls them "squished beans".
A can of squished beans, a nice savory heat bbq rub, Ninja blended with 3-5 ABT's topped with Tillamook and a bag of Scoops or folded into hot oil softened corn tortillas.
Bean(s) Dip Ahead
