Desert Dweller

Babbling Farker
Prepped the WSM for a session with a 5-6 lb. Chuck Roast. EVOO and Heffer Dust is all I used, hickory and pecan for smoke. This WSM always dials itself in at 240-250 as long as I catch it about 210-220 on the way up. I put it on at 1230 and took it off at 1930. The boys were over for dinner (I get them Tuesday nights) so it was good food and good fun...

Enjoy the pron, and thx for lookin in...

Awesome lookin beef there Bo but what is my son doin eatin Q in your motorhome?
The boy on the right is the spittin image of him. 'Course he does travel alot and knows alot of people. (He lives in Chicago.)
All good lookin kids.

"living in my motor home" , I wouldn't have a problem with that! If I didn't own no property that's exactly what I'd do - in fact if my wife gives me any more chit, I'm taking my truck, and trailer and hitting the road. Just kiddin there, I wouldn't trade her for two 30 yr olds even if I could.
