spent friday & saturday at the lake with some friends. took one of my smokers to make saturday dinner.

2 × 4 lb brisket points & 6lb pork butt. got a little too distracted with beer and skiing and stayed away from the smoker a little too long and came back to a little flare up due to changing winds and almost lost a brisket point. i ended up foiling it with a little beef broth to salvage it.

anywho, made a little apple coleslaw and grilled some mushrooms and sweet peppers to complete the meal.
