Instead of an oven, after boiling, you could just slap the whole pan of rib glop in the UDS. Then you could actually can it BBQ Ribs.

I will admit that I used steam country
style ribs in beer & garlic before grilling
them but never a rack of spares.. :redface:
 
I think that's totally uncool that he posted pictures of his children with that recipe -- that's the kind of thing that will get a kid beat up at school.
