I've never entered a TD before, not nessesarily intimidated, just never seem to be smoking the right thing on the right weekend. Glad we can do multiple enteries on this one. To hard to come up with ONE favorite thing. I'm in.

Thanks for the kid words guys. Was my first turkey. 22.5 lbs and took 4 hrs it was amazing. Look for some brisket lTer today

Brined for a couple of hours, added garlic, onion and lemon to the brine.

A little rub then on the kettle at 325.
