Perfect fit!

sweet , have you used it yet ? and if so how does it work ?
 
I did a quick cook awhile back and it worked great. I should be using it again and I’ll make some notes and post them up here.
 
The link above is to a 16" plate. Does that fit or do you need an 18" one for the bayou classic? They used to have an 18" on that site, but I don't see it anymore.
 
I don’t have either but I do have a offset vertical stickburner. Brinkman smoke n pit pro. One of the older ones that were still fairly thick metal. I made some tuning plates for it and can consistently get less than 10 degree difference from end to end. Very happy with the results and only cost me a few dollars. An option.
