Hi all,

Just finishing up a shoulder. Have had issues in the past developing a nice bark but after some research and trying some new things, looks like I have a really nice one. I typically foil wrap it and let it sit in a cooler for a while but now I'm wondering if this will mess up the bark. Any thoughts?

If the bark has already set and wont scratch off with a fingernail, you should be fine as long as you are gentle.

Like Paul said, if the bark is set there should be no issues coolering it. I do it all the time in the cambro
