Those look great Suds! If you ever want to whip up a quick batch, they sell ready made masa at Tortilleria San Antonio in KCK. But, it sounds like you've got the masa recipe dialed in already

I wouldn't mind outsourcing the labor intensive part, but KCK is a bit of a haul for me, I'd probably be better off just sucking it up and making it myself....I'll keep that in mind if I'm ever that way though, thanks for the tip.
