I cooked a couple of steaks last week and it felt strange to only put salt & pepper on them... Man, I forgot how good beef really tastes....

i tried getting fancy and found i didn't enjoy it. i went back to basics and have stayed. too much of bbq and grilling has forgotten its roots. theres nothing wrong with the way things are done but as i keep watching comp bbq shows i keep thinking "wonder if they can taste the meat". anyway yer back to basics cook looks really good.
