Going to be reverse-searing some short ribs this weekend on it for it's inaugural cook!

We live in a zero lot line. There is just enough space between my patio door for the grill before you end up in the pool. I wish there were enough space for a canopy!

Well the good thing is if there's an issue where the fire gets out of control you can just push the cooker into the pool. :heh:

OK guys. Used it for the first time tonight. LOVE this grill!
Going to take a bit of getting used to compared to my Weber Kettle (DUH!!). I didn't use enough charcoal to get it blazing hot. I'm going to try again this week except this time I will remove the V-pan and raise the charcoal basket to the higher level.
This grill is a beast!
