Quintessential Chatty Farker
Broke out the griddle on the 26.75 OTG; first some onions
Added some mushrooms
Seared some thin sliced "stir fry" sirloin that marinated for about 10 hours in an off-the-shelf teriyaki marinade
Added a little provolone to soft sub rolls under the broiler for a few minutes and loaded up the sandwich (I add a little yellow mustard to mine).
Not a traditional Philly Cheese, but pretty durn tasty :thumb:
