Easy to prep eats tonight for supper.


Three medium (would have been easier with larger pieces) of boneless chicken breasts.

Slit them from the side to form pockets.

Stuffed them with sliced apples, rubbed with Plowboy's Yardbird and covered with 1/2 cooked bacon.

Left them in the pan and and put in the 350 degree smoker with lump and apple wood until the internal temp was 165.

Family proclaimed it a hit.
