APL's Serious BBQ - Standing Rib Roast

I hope you can help... does anyone have a copy of APL's Serious BBQ? I used his recipe for standing rib roast, last year at xmas - and it was a hit. I'm doing it again this year - but I can't find my copy of the book!!!!! I found my ingredient list, which I emailed to myself last year...
