Anyone else do Flat Iron Steak?

Mike, I used to buy that same pack at Kroger in the DFW area, but HEB doesn;t seem to carry flat iron around here....bums me out! I really liked it when I cooked it!

AS much as I love Costco, I am not impressed with their meats. Their meats look fantastic, but they really lack flavor and texture. To me Costco meat tastes and feels (in my mouth) like cooked cardboard. Too bad, because I love Costco.

Maybe because their meat is factory farm meat. I don't know...

Around here... Costco meat is pretty good. Maybe it varies at different locations?
