Brethren Sam3 posted a great looking Lo Mein cook last week and I wanted to give it a try.
Sam's post and recipe... http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=203874
Made my favorite Chinese BBQ'd pork. Here's the recipe.. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=197917&highlight=chinese+BBQ+pork
Trimmed a couple of pork tenderloins, marinaded them overnight.
onto the Hasty Bake with the hot coal rack raised to the sear level....
First meal was Chinese BBQ'd pork on a bed of fried rice...
Made Sam's lo mein the next day...
the mushrooms, onions, garlic and ginger...
the sauce...
added the lo mein noodles and BBQ'd pork...
topped my bowl of noodles with more bbq's pork and a few green onions..
I loved it! Great use of the bbq'd pork too. The sauce was really tasty, I will be making this often. Thank you for sharing Sam!
Thank you for looking!
