they were Fricken Delicious............ lil Olive Oil and some Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides, let sit about 1/2 hour and Flame Kissed on my lil table top grill.........medium 140-145* ........went with Savory Herb Stove Top Stuffing and Green Beans on side. I thawed a vac sealed 2 pack Last Monday and let it sit in bottom drawer of fridge for 6 days - seems to help tender them up a lil bit....go 10 days sometimes.
