All I can say is that it looks fantastic and I would buy it if I could afford it.
 
At that price, you would pay almost $70,000.00 per steer. Of course that is butchered and wrapped with shipping and handling included! Fark No.
 
Definitely too rich for my blood but that cut looks outstanding.. I've never had a cut with that much marbling before (even the good stuff from the high end steakhouses in NY) .. almost seems too fatty but I'd try it if I had the opportunity !!
