Smoked some pork tenderloins on the pbc using big poppa smokers bacon jalapeño rub. Great savoury flavours served naked on a bed of ricotta and broccoli mash.
Economical cut and pretty tasty served slightly blushing. Anyone a fan of this lean cut?

Thank you brethren, really enjoyed the rub. I’ve got cash cow to try on some short ribs next. Impressed by the bps range so far, tempted by desert gold and money rubs

You nailed that tenderloin and the mash looks delicious. Pork tenderloing is a family favorite. Quick and easy. I just stocked up a bit, store had BOGO free
