All American Stuffed Bacon Sausage Egg Fatty

Had to try my own version of a Bacon, Sausage, Egg , stuffed with Onions, Green Chili, Portobello Mushroom & Cheddar Cheese.

14 strips of thick cut Bacon. Bacon Weave.
1 pound Mild Ground Sausage
Half of cup Diced White Onions
Small can of Green Chili
One large Portobello Mushroom
Five Eggs.
Five slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Total cook time 1 hour and a ½
First hour to 275f
Last half hour bumped the pellet smoker to 325f
Internal Temp 160-170.
