Your bacon weave is all wrong!�� But I'm stealing the rest of your recipe. That looks awesome

That's because it wasn't a bacon weave, it was a wrap. The bacon was just there, to hold in the goodies, and keep the loin moist. It took nearly 2 pounds of bacon, to do it that way. Would have been closer to 4, to do a weave, and I thought that would be bacon overkill.
