I bought one of the Kingsford Steak Agers a while back. First one was a dud. Company sent new one out, and it seems to be working great so far. (fingers crossed since a lot of quality issues early on)
I also happen to know a buddy who gets some "shine" from time to time which I came into possession of... then another buddy told me about these "barrels" you can order and age your own juice at home.

So with these two new additions I have dubbed my mechanical room upstairs where my air-handler is "The Aging Room".
Hope lots of good stuff comes out of it over the years!
