Looks great, try slicing the baloney thick and smoking them with rub on the slices, it works very well if you have enuf room to do it that way
 
Just slicing it kinda thick and throwing it back on a hot grill for a minute or two per side works wonders too.

Good choice in Sausage. My favorite readily available breakfast version. I have two rolls of 'em to go on tomorrow along with a full size bologna chub and some boneless country style beef ribbies.

Another test fire of the Camp Chef with a new controller to see if I can get some smoke flavor.:tsk:
