i had some fresh figs that i picked as well as my preserved lemons from a few weeks ago. i decided a moroccan chicken and fig dish sounded pretty good.... a little fried japanese eggplant on the side.....and a pilsner......
i got the idea from here, but changed the recipe up a bit to use my moroccan spices from the spice house.
