Spicy homemade carnitas.

Anaheim chili strips.

Cooked at 650* in the Blackstone pizza oven.

I’m from New Mexico and eat a ton of chili. That looks delicious. I don’t know how much chili you eat but for someone that doesn’t eat it often, they would be hurting the next morning after eating that. Lol
