Everything looks great. I love me a nice reverse sear. So, what's up with the bologna? Isn't it already smoked and cooked?

This was my first time smoking bologna. It's just something I saw here, and wanted to give a try. A couple of hours on the UDS added a real nice smokey taste to it.
