It's made in Mexico under the "Bufalo" brand and cost just over a buck at my local supermarket for a 5.8 oz. bottle. Call them at 800-333-7846 to find it locally.

Before I started my own smoked cooking, for years I used to use this brand of chipotle sauce in my turkey gravies and the like. It is good stuff. Now I just throw a home made smoked jalapeno in the gravies.

Mark - so give me the details... What is it and which store did you go to??

I discovered it about ten years ago. It's pretty tasty and has some heat to it. Not burn your tongue off but warm enough. I use it all the time as a flavoring. I rarely use it just as a hot sauce because it is has a pretty intense flavor. Great for adding that little extra something. Usually cost me $1.25 per bottle. It's a very common brand and is carried by many stores in the "ethenic" section. Great i chili.
