Haven't posted in a while, so I figured it was time to post a few pics. I wish i could of shown you what i did for the Super Bowl, but I didn't even take one pic. Just got too busy and forgot. I had 8 racks of ribs, 6 butts, 5 briskets, and a ham. Great cook!
