somebody shut me the fark up.
This past Saturday afternoon, I stopped by a local International Market for some Jerk seasoning. I was pleasantly surprised to find marrow bones cut long-ways a la a canoe!
After a short day in the office, I fired up the Vortex for some delicious dinner.
Some Naturiffic Q-Salt on 1 pair, and some Oakridge Santa Maria/Carne Crosta on the other pair.
Whipped up a nice salad/topping of parsley, capers, thinly sliced shallots, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Oh, HELL, YES!
The munchkin was impressed.
CINCHOUSE is hooked and wants more.
