How did you make the giant sesame seed bun?
Did you have to flip the burger while it smoked?
How long did the burger take until it was done?

I think I could get that down....if you gave me about 2 1/2 hours with a 6 pack. Just maybe. :p

Interested to hear the details of how ya handled that thing thru the cook.
 
Now thats a burger! I think even Man vs. Food couldn't put that one away!

One of my best friends owns a bakery, went down there and...
bought two extra charcoal grates which happen to be 12" each. Made a sandwich out of the grates w/meat in middle and flipped it like that.
about 2.5 hours cook time on the burger

Interested to hear the details of how ya handled that thing thru the cook.
Not sure what you meant, does the above answer youyr question?
