5th Place ribs on the drum

5th Place ribs on the drum (now with pron)

Got 5th in ribs with the drum today. Beat out by Banderas and a Klose. Tickled pink with the finish! Even happier with some feedback/critiquing I was able to get from some non-judging judges who were roaming around. (wish they had been judging!!!) A couple minor tweaks to make.

There was a CASI chili demo by Ken Peach, OMG! Best I've ever had. (I'm not just saying that cuz we're both from the Great State of Texas either) What a day!
