Jason Brother you are making us shine !!!! Looks like you got that cooker figured out... heck if you get any better.. do not know what I could say.... Tha chicken...... to get any better you would have to be a rooster!!!!!!!!

Paul the cooker just runs awesome. You feed it sticks and it holds temp easily and the food comes out awesome. I'm a noobie when it comes to stick burning but there really hasn't been a learning curve. It just works great. I couldn't be happier. :becky::thumb:.
