We decided on spaghetti for Christmas instead of the norm, so I decided to do a couple fatties with some pulled pork and a little cheese, topped with bacon and a little rub and some Moinkballs with some rub and a little of Todds Dirt on them, then smoked over hickory. The dipping sauce was ranch, some bbq sauce and some spaghetti sauce. Do you think these will pass the certification test?
