Yeah, next time I would put on a burger bun though. Super rich, but with 2lbs of sausage and pepperoni I guess that is expected.

Great looking stuffed fatty.
I have seen those Pillsbury flaky biscuits put on a smoker grate, give them a half hour and they turn out perfectly baked at 250 degrees.
A warm slice of fatty in one of those and you are hooked for life.:thumb:
 
You conquered pulled pork and now now you nailed the fatty. I love the pepperoni, mozzarella and pizza sauce filling, I'm going to have to make me one :-D:-D:-D
