Last weekend got a chance to throw some ribs on the Lang. Mostly been smoking butts and briskets on the Lang, so it was really nice to do a rib cook and actually get some sleep the night before. Here they are 7 up top and 5 on bottom.

Smoked with oak + 1 split of hickory I had laying around. Rubbed down with a home made rub. 3 hrs on at around 275° and time to foil. I put them in the large aluminum pans, 2/pan, and covered with foil. Then back on for 1.5hrs.

They were very nice and tender after 1.5hrs, perfect timing in my book. Took them out and sauced then back on for 20mins.

Ribs were fantastic and lots of happy customers! Thanks for looking! See you next cook!
