12 Hour Smoked Wings????

My wings on the WSM cook at 225 for 90 minutes and have a strong (good) smoke. Can't imagine what the hell 12 hours of smoke tastes like! :shock:

I'm guessing that is a menu description written by someone who has no idea how the food is really prepared. If they are braised AND smoked for 12 hours, I'm guessing you would have a 'slightly' overdone wing.
