Just checking back in here, still going. Just wrapped the brisket and am going to get some ribs ready to go on in a couple hours

Last two weeks in a row I've done overnight cooks. This weekend i got a full nights sleep. starting ribs this afternoon though. Gonna fire up the Lang!
