Ringing in the New Year with....turkey. I'm using Meathead's "recipe" to do my turkey. This far, the gravy smells PHENOMENAL. Turkey just hit 80 degrees. No, this is NOT on the new mini. Full-size drum for this.
Didn't really plan on smoking anything, on New Year's Eve, but after a change of plans, I decided to get ready, the night before, and start the New Year, in true Brethren style.
